- One-contract principle
All relationships between the customer and metaWERK are regulated in a single binding contract. metaWERK is responsible for and assumes responsibility for the entire real estate investment. Our customers do not incur any costs outside of the rental agreement.
- Construction and completion
Close coordination and construction support together with the customer during realization up to moving in. Early access (EA) is possible before overall completion.
